Yes, we provide comprehensive OEM and ODM services. We can develop samples based on your tech packs, copy existing samples, and apply your own branding via labels or specialized printing.
Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 200pcs per style/color when choosing from our existing color swatches, allowing for 3-4 different sizes. Custom Pantone colors may require higher MOQs depending on the fabric.
Q: What is the typical lead time for production?
During the low season (April to Sept), production takes 20-40 days. In the busy season (Oct to March), lead times are typically 50-90 days, including material production.
Q: How do you manage product quality control?
We use a multi-step QC process including pre-production meetings (PPM), inline inspections, and final inspections. Customers are also welcome to appoint third-party inspectors prior to shipment.
Q: What are the sample costs and development times?
Sampling costs $80 per style, which is refundable upon placing a bulk order. Development typically takes 7-10 days for fabric production and another 7-10 days for actual sampling.
